Overview

Our research involves heavily in software development that are used in all stages of image processing of single particle cryo-EM. These developements are aiming at two major goals:
  1. towards near atomic resolution (3-4 Å)
  2. subnanometer resolutions (7-10 Å) at high throughput

Software

  1. CTFSimu: Web based simulation of contrast transfer function and evelope functions

  2. FitCTF: Automated fitting of contrast transfer function parameters

  3. SAVR: Semi-automated virus reconstruction

  4. EMAN: Single Particle Analysis and Electron Micrograph Analysis

  5. AIRS: Analysis of Intermediate Resolution Structures
